Do I need to add my whole team to use it?
Nope. You can start solo, or try assessments out with one or two members in your team. You'll still get personalized coaching and tools you can apply right away. When you're ready, inviting your full team unlocks deeper diagnostics and team-specific insights.
What happens after my trial ends?
Your trial automatically expires after 14 days. You can upgrade to the Team Plan anytime during or after your trial period to keep the momentum going. If you don't upgrade, your data will be retained for 30 days in case you want to reactivate.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime after your 3-month commitment period. We'll retain your data for 30 days in case you want to reactivate, after this period your data will be permanently deleted.
Is my team data and coaching interactions secure?
Yes! We take your data seriously. All data is hosted in enterprise-grade infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, with servers located in the European Union to meet strict data protection standards.
