1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing Work2gether AI ("Service"), operated by Blue Sky Work ApS ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the rights and responsibilities associated with accessing and using our platform. Our Service is designed to support managers in enhancing leadership and team collaboration through AI-based coaching and assessments.
By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Service.
2. Definitions
- "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses and uses our Service.
- "Manager" refers to a registered user who manages a team and utilizes the AI coaching and assessment features.
- "Team Member" refers to individuals invited by a Manager to participate in assessments.
- "Content" includes but is not limited to messages, assessments, reports, and data generated through the Service.
3. Account Registration and Use
- You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the Service.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You may not share or transfer your account credentials to any third party.
4. Use of the Service
The Service will continue to evolve, and we may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion. This may include updates that improve performance, enhance user experience, or align with our product development roadmap.
If we plan to remove a feature that is materially significant to your use of the Service, we will provide at least 90 days’ notice before the removal takes effect. Experimental or beta features may be discontinued at any time without notice.
Managers can invite team members by entering their email addresses. Team Members will receive assessment requests and can submit responses. The AI-based coach provides insights based on user input and team assessments.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Service to distribute harmful, misleading, or unauthorized content.
5. Subscription, Partner, and Trial Plans
The Service is available under multiple plans, including:
- A Trial Plan offered temporarily to evaluate the Service at no cost. Access may be limited in duration and functionality.
- A Partner Plan offered to selected organizations, including early access organizations and partner organizations, in exchange for feedback, product testing, or collaboration. Access may be free or discounted and may be limited in duration and functionality.
- Paid Subscription Plans that provide full access. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees, which are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law.
We may update the pricing of our Paid Plans. If you are on a paid plan, we will provide at least 90 days’ notice before any price increase takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not accept the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
Downgrading from a paid plan to a Trial or Partner Plan (if eligible) may result in loss of access to certain features or stored data.
6. Data Privacy and Security
We collect and process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including AI-generated insights, reports, and assessments, remains the property of the Company. Users retain ownership of any data they input into the Service.
8. Termination
WWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the following cases:
- If you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the integrity, security, or functionality of the Service, termination may be immediate and without notice.
- If you are on a trial plan, we may terminate your access with 7 days' notice, at our discretion.
- If you are on a partner plan, we may terminate your access with 30 days' notice, at our discretion.
- If you are on a paid subscription plan, we may terminate your access with 60 days' notice, unless the termination is due to a violation of these Terms.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation or termination, we will retain your data for up to 30 days before it is permanently deleted. After that period, data may not be recoverable.
Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to the termination date, including payment obligations.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated insights.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or subject to Danish courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes.
